The author has treated the patients of spinal and brain diseases in the neurosurgical fields, 14 cases, 315 times, among total number of patients, 115 cases, 1885 times of hyperbaric oxygenation, at the hyperbaric units, Kyoto University, Kyoto Japan.

This paper deals with the clinical effects of re-compression therapy, superhyperbaric therapy, 6-7 A. T. P. Bottom pressures, for the acute cerebral lesion immediately after open heart surgery on the extracorporeal circulation chiefly. For instances, the authur mentioned about some differnces be-tween symptoms of caison's disease and of acute carebral lesion immediately after open heart surgery.

The author is a general surgeon and researcher of hyperbaric medicine and surgical physiology and metabolism and not neurologist at all. He wants to hear some criteria about this clinical results from the specialists of neurosurgery broadenly in the world. Otherwise, the future studies on this fields will be in some confusion. He makes a question for the neurosurgeon, "Does the hyperbaric oxy-genations therapy effect on acceleration of cure of brain damages ?", now, right here.
