Atypical cases of traumatic intracranial hematoma in clincal course and site of hematoma are increasing and the case which showed nonshiftung of anterior cerebral artery in angiogram is not rare recently.

The hematoma which showed non-shifting of anterir cerebral artery in angiogram has been knew in case of bilateral chronic subdural hematoma. The authors has experienced many cases of unilateral intracranial hematoma that showed middline located anterior cerebral artery in cerebral angiogram beside bilateral chronic subdural hematoma.

The traumatic intracranial hematoma with normal positioned anterior cerebral artery was 29 cases out of 233 traumatic intreranial hematoma (12.4%) and 17.3% of 173 cases revealed anterior cerebral artery.

These cases was 8 cases of epidural hematoma, 11 cases of subdural hematoma and 10 cases of traumatic intracerebral hematoma. 7 cases of ep-idural hematoma was sinus hematoma and 1 case was unilateral frontoparietal epidural hematoma.

The majority of subdural hematoma was bilateral chronic aubdural hematoma but one case was un-ilateral chronic subdural hematoma and one case was unilasteral acute subdural hematoma.

The authors emphasized that the standard or reverse oblique projection in cerebral angiography are very useful and important to visualize the avas-cular area in cases of frontal epidural hematoma.

The most important point is thet anterior cerebral artery does not shift in 10 cases out of 16 cases of traumatic intracerebral hematoma in the temporal lobe. As the traumatic intracerebral hematoma in temporal lobe is scanty focal symptom and sign, the authors emphasized bilateral cerebral angiography in such case.
