I．はじめに
強力なPt-Co磁石を異物進入孔より挿入し，脳深部の鉄片を吸着摘出に成功したので報告する。
In this paper, a cured case, removing a metallic foreign body in the brain by Pt-Co magnet through the shooting hole, was reported.
This Pt-Co magnet was deviced improving the magnetic suture guide that we reported on Journal of Neurosurgery 1966, Vol. 25, No. 3., 319-320.
