比較的限局した部位にみられる筋萎縮症例

LOCALIZED REGIONAL MUSCULAR ATROPHY

I．はじめに

　四肢の比較的限局した部位の筋萎縮のうち，かなり共通した臨床的特徴をとりあげ，手袋状および長靴下状筋萎縮症^1）としてすでに報告したことがある。これ以外にも身体各所に比較的限局した筋萎縮を示し，経過は停止性で，知覚障害はなく，分類困難な症例がある。これらの症例では筋萎縮をきたす一次的要因が各種検査によつても確定されず，従来の系統的神経—筋系筋萎縮症としても理解され得ないものである。

　数年間に経験したこのような症例16例を中心に若干の考察を加えることにした。

There are few reports on localized regional muscular atrophy without sensory disorder which progression is stationary. 16 cases of these muscular atrophy localized on the unila-teral forearm, upper extremity, scapulo-hume-ral region or thigh have been observed in our clinic for several years, except glove & stock-ing type muscular atrophy already reported by us.

These cases developed in young age with insidious onset, which showed fasciculation and decreased skin temperature on atrophied region with synchronization voltage by EMG exam.

From clincal features, some relation between neuralgic amyotrophy or glove & stocking type muscular atrophy and cases in this se-ries has been discussed.
