感覚—運動誘導症候群を伴える視床症候群の1例

ACASE OF THALAMIC SYNDROME WITH SENSORY-MOTOR INDUCTION SYNDROME

Ⅰ．序論

　我々は最近Dejerine-Rossyの云う視床症状群を呈する1症例を体験したが，更にそれに加えて身体軸に関する特徴ある障害を認めた。換言すれば，本症例は，感覚—運動誘導症候群（Halpern）を伴つた視床症状群と云い得よう。最近W．Kl-agesは，かかる1例を報告しているが，非常に稀な症例であると共に，知覚，感覚，感情との間の関連についても興味ある問題を示唆している様に思うので報告したい。

A case of thalamic syndrome with sensory-motor induction syndrome, in Which there are interactions among perceptions and body-at-titudes, is studied.

In our study it is noted that these disturb-ances are embodied in protopathic emotional quality.

Two viewpoints are discussed.

1) Clinical significance of sensory-motor induction syndrome.

2) Correlation between thalamic syndrome and sensory-motor induction syndrome in which interaction among feeling, per- ception, and movement are emphasizied.
