はじめに
GAF（Global Assessment of Functioning：GAF），WHODAS 2.0（The World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule-Ⅱ）は，精神医学における全般性尺度として，患者の精神状態と機能の全体的な評価に不可欠なツールである。本稿ではこれらの尺度の開発の経緯から使い分け，今後の展望を紹介する。
