抄録
【目的】本研究は,大学新入生の精神的健康が,前期と後期の学習の取り組みと友人関係に及ぼす影響を検討した。
【方法】大学1年生467名を対象に,2013年4月にUPI学生精神的健康調査,2013年7月と2014年1月に学習への取り組み尺度と友人関係尺度を実施した。
【結果】4月に抑うつ傾向の高い学生は,前期と後期の自主的学習,積極的主張,勤勉的学習,友人関係の満足度,友人との深い付き合いに負の影響を及ぼしていた。心身の快調さは,前期の積極的主張,勤勉的学習,友人関係の満足度,友人との深い付き合い,後期の積極的主張,友人との深い付き合いに正の影響を及ぼしていた。またUPI得点の低群は高群より学習への取り組みが高く,友人関係が良好であった。
【結論】大学入学時の精神的健康は,前後期の学習の取り組みや友人関係に影響を及ぼしていることが示された。
Aims:The study investigated that mental health in university freshmen affected approach to learning and friendship during the first half year and the second.
Methods:467 university freshmen participated in this study. They took UPI on April of 2013, and approach to learning and friendship scale on July of 2013 and January of 2014.
Results:University freshmen having tendency to depression in April had negative effects on voluntary learning, active assertion, diligent learning, friendship satisfaction, and deep acquaintance with friends during the first half year and the second. Mental and physical healthy condition had positive effects on active assertion, diligent learning, friendship satisfaction, and deep acquaintance with friends during the first half year, and diligent learning and deep acquaintance with friends during the second half year. Low group more than high group in UPI points had high approach to learning and good friendship.
