僧帽弁疾患における左心耳の臨床病理学的研究

Pathological and clinical studies on the left auricular appendage at the mitral valvular diseases

研究目的

　僧帽弁疾患において左心房に対する血行動態の影響はきわめて大であり，その負荷に対して心筋の組織学的変化は興味ある所である。また併発する心房細動，心拍出量の減少，心肥大，血栓形成等により致命的な栓塞を起こす危険もある。僧帽弁疾患に伴う心房細動の病因は洞房結節，心房内伝導路の障害および心房筋の線維化などの種々の説があるが不明な点が多い。われわれは臨床所見と左心耳の病理組織学的所見との関係を臨床病理学的に比較検討した。

1) We made a morbid histological examination on the left auricle by means of biopsy during operation to 27 cases with mitral valvular dis-eases, and made clear its relation to the clinical findings.

2) A classification of myocardiac disorders into three states and its comparison with the clinical data were made. According to that, some cor-relation between degrees of myocardiac disorders and the clinical data. Biopsy of the left auricle on operation was proved to be useful.
