Prenylamineによると思われる心室性頻脈を呈した1例

A case of prenylamine-induced QT-prolongation, and ventricular tachycardia

　心電図上著明なQT　（U）延長をおこす要因として種々のものが知られているが，その中には薬剤によるものが含まれている。今回，著者らはPrenylamineが原因と思われるQT　（U）時間延長，心室性頻脈を呈し一過性失神発作を起こした症例を経験したので報告する。

This is the report on a case of prenylamine-induced QT-prolongation, and ventricular tachy-cardia.

The patient is 70 year old woman receiving 90 mg of prenylamine on diagnosis of hypertension and IHD. On 28 th June, 1978, she consulted the Ambulatory Outpatients clinic for a transient consciousness loss occurring postprandially. At the time of consultation, there was no abnor-mality neither neurologically nor of electrolytes, but was QT time prolongation recognized on ECG. On survey of the 24 hours Holter monitor ECG recording, transient VT was recognized.
