肺塞栓の左室機能と心室中隔の動態—（心エコー図による実験的研究）

Left ventricular function and movement of interventricular septum in pulmonary embolism:Experimental studies by Echocardiography

　右心負荷時の心血行動態に関する研究は多いが，右室圧負荷時の左室機能に関する研究は比較的少なく，著者ら^1,2）の肺動脈塞栓犬，肺動脈主幹部狭窄犬の左室機能，心収縮性の検討を含めて，ほとんどが観血的な実験方法によるものであり，開胸その他の侵襲の度合も強く問題点が少なくない。そこで著者らは，最近非観血的検査法として発展してきた心エコー図を用いることにより，非侵襲的に右室圧負荷時の左室機能を検討するとともに，心室中隔の動態の変化についても，主として右室容量負荷の際にみられるとされる奇異性運動が実験的に右室圧負荷時にみられるかどうかという点を開胸犬と閉胸犬の両者で，Mモード心エコー図および一部心エコー断層図により詳細な検討を加えたので報告する。

The influence of acute right ventricular pressure overloading upon left ventricular function and movement of the interventricular septum was studied in dogs with experimental pulmonary embolism using echocardiography.

As right ventricular pressure overloading in-creased, the right ventricular cavity became markedly dilated and the interventricular septum was bulged towards the left ventricular cavity but showed no paradoxical movement both in dogs with the chest opened and those with chest closed. However, there were no significant changes in the amplitude of the movement and the ejection time of the left ventricular portion of the interventricular septum noted in the dogs with the chest closed.
