日本人の換気機能正常値に関する推計学的検討—2．女子健常例について

Statistical Analysis on the Normal Values of the Ventilatory Functions in Japanese Healthy Adults:2.Studies on the Female Subjects

緒言

　女子の換気機能の正常値の報告は少なく，また報告も少ない対象にもとづいている。換気機能には対象の環境・職業，呼吸筋の筋力を含めた体力，検査への協力なども関係するので，女子の成績には男子の成績と同一に取扱い難い点もある。

　ここでは健康診断を目的として換気機能検査を受けたいわゆる人間ドック症例のうち，多くの健常とみなされた女子から得た成績を推計学的に処理し，日本人の健常女子の換気機能諸値を求めた。

The normal values of ventilatory functions were indicated through the results obtained from the pulmonary function tests carried out as the medical checkup program at Keio University Hospital.

1) Four hundred and eight female adults ranging from 20 to 80 years of age, who revealed neither obvious complaints nor ab-normal physical findings, were included.

Correlation coefficients based on the valia-bles measured were constructed.

Fractional lung volumes and ventilatory capacities were studied. The parameters on any particular age group demonstrated normal distribution. The mean values, the standard deviations and the 5% rejection limits, as for the diagnostic normal limits, by every ten-year age group were calculated for each measurement.

The regression equations for the ventilatory functions were constructed upon age and height.

2) Out of 408 females, 119 subjects without impaired ventilatory functions were pickedup.

3) The differences in ventilatory functions between males and females were studied.
