まへがき

　私は今回先天性疾患に於ける，主として手術が心電図に及ぼす影響に就いて観察した。私の取扱つたものは「ボタロー」氏管開存症，卵円孔開存症，「フアロー」氏四徴症，大動脈狭窄症，心室中隔欠損症であり，之等の研究に就いてはRi—chard Cabot氏，Friedberg氏，Milton氏，John氏，Ruskin氏，Taussig氏，Graybiel氏，Strieder氏，Boyer氏，Gross氏，Hubbard氏，Shapiro氏，Keys氏，Johnson氏，Pottos氏，Gibson氏，Gordon氏，榊原氏，木本氏等に依り成果が挙げられている。

ⅰ) Electrocardiogram show Normal or rightaxis deviation, besides show high voltage andSTⅡ. STⅢ depression and ST elevation of _aV_R._aV_L Lead, ST depression of _aV_F Lerd in Patent Ductus Arteriosus.

The significant St depression appear since 13 th day after operation due to Coronal reflex, besides ST depresiion of _aV_F Lead appear yet at eight montn, hoarse after operation is due to increase right auricular pressure.
