The primary tracheal tumor is rare, and the most of the histological findings of tracheal tumor is epithelial tumor. The reports of the primary tracheal malignant lymphoma are very rare. We performed endoscopic treatment using high frequency electrosurgical snare for 74 year-old woman with primary tracheal MALT lymphoma. As the tumor was present under glottis, we selected endoscopicsurgery using laryngeal mask to evade intubation. Although she had been treated as bronchial asthma for many years, her symptom and pulmonary function test was improved remarkably after enucleation of the tumor.
