The number of patients with colorectal cancer has increased in recent years. Because active screening and intervention are required to control this disease, colorectal endoscopy now plays a major role in screening. However, differences among indiciduals regarding endoscope insertion and diagnostic skills can be an issue. In our opinion, it is essential to make objective decisions about insertion methods while having a good theoretical understanding of how to deal with any issuw. Furthermore, regarding diagnostic performance, especially identifying the presence of cancer, it is crucial to improve the visual recognition capabilities. In this paper, we explained that the use of a non-traumatic tube improved the lesion identification rate(including lesions other than minute lesions)by 300%. It is significant for endoscopists to have a high level of awareness when carrying out such procedures.
