消化管濾胞性リンパ腫，とりわけ十二指腸濾胞性リンパ腫は，十二指腸下行脚に好発し，非常にindolentな経過をたどる．病変は十二指腸下行脚をはじめとして，空腸・回腸などの小腸に広範に分布しており，胃・大腸の濾胞性リンパ腫とは異なり，肉眼的に白色小顆粒状隆起を呈するのが特徴とされる．分子生物学的には，多くの点でMALTリンパ腫と共通した特徴を有する．消化管マントル細胞リンパ腫はほとんどの症例で広範なリンパ節病変を有する．多発性隆起病変を呈することが多いが，多彩な像を呈する．生検診断ではIGH-CCND1の転座によるcyclin D1の免疫染色が重要である．

　Gastrointestinal follicular lymphoma, particularly duodenal follicular lymphoma, frequently occurs in the second part of the duodenum and exhibits indolent clinical behavior. Most gastrointestinal follicular lymphomas are located in the duodenum, followed by jejunum and ileum, and are characterized by small white nodules. According to our previous studies, duodenal follicular lymphomas share few characteristics with MALT lymphomas. Primary gastrointestinal mantle cell lymphomas are very rare, and most of these present nodal lesions. In addition, they present a wide variety of macroscopic features. Immunohistochemical staining for cyclin D1 is important for diagnosing mantle cell lymphomas during routine examination.
