十二指腸原発の良性腫瘍ないし腫瘍様病変の病理組織学的研究

Patho-histological Studies on Benign Tumors or Tumor-like Lesions of the Duodenum

　十二指腸原発とみなされる良性腫瘍は比較的稀とされているが，近時，消化器疾患診断技術の急速な進歩とあいまって，この方面の症例報告も増加の傾向がうかがえる．

　中村ら（1969）⁴⁾によると本邦における十二指腸良性腫瘍は1969年までに87例であり，なかでもいわゆるBrunner腺腺腫の占める割合が多く，次いで腺腫，カルチノイド，Brunner腺囊胞，迷入膵などが報告されている．

　The purpose of the present paper is to deal with patho-histological studies on benign tumors and tumor-like lesions of the duodenum. The materials obtained are composed of 19 cases of either surgically removed specimens or biopsied specimens under duodenofiberscope during the period of March in 1963 to January in 1973.

　Upon the histological review of these cases, characteristic morphological features of each lesion are described and the frequency of the lesions are as follows : papillary adenoma of the mucosa 1, Brunner's gland hyperplasia 7, heterotopic pancreas 4, carcinoid tumor 2, submucosal lipoma 1, submucosal parasitic granuloma 1, submucosal neurilemoma 1, and focal mucosal hyperplasia 2.

　Hyperplastic growth of Brunner's gland which has been frequently called Brunner's gland adenoma, appears to be more properly regarded as a gland hyperplasia rather than a neoplastic growth.
