全消化管にポリポーシスを認め，細胞性免疫異常を伴ったCowden病の1例

Cowden's Disease, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は35歳，男性．26歳時に精上皮腫の手術を受けている．21歳ごろから皮疹が出現し，皮膚科で治療を受けていた．特徴的な皮膚病変からCowden病と診断され，消化管の精査を行ったところ食道から大腸まで全消化管にポリポーシスを認めた．生検組織にていずれも異型性上皮はみられなかった．また，血液検査にて末梢血Tリンパ球分画の異常，すなわちOKT3，OKT4の低下が認められた．

　We reported a case of Cowden's disease with the entire alimentary tract involvement in polyposis. The laboratory investigation disclosed abnormalities of the cellular immune compartments in the periferal blood. He had also received a left high orchiectomy for a seminoma when he was 26 years old.
