アフタ様びらんが治癒過程にみられた偽膜性大腸炎の1例

Aphthoid Erosions in the Healing Process of Pseudomembranous Colitis, Report of a Case

要旨　アフタ様びらんが治癒過程にみられた偽膜性大腸炎の1例を経験した．患者は67歳，男性．下腹部痛，血便，発熱を主訴に来院し，コロノスコピーにて定型的像が得られ，偽膜性大腸炎と診断された．バンコマイシン投与後5日目の検査で，偽膜の減少がみられ，7日目には偽膜は消失しアフタ様びらんが残っていた．偽膜性大腸炎の治癒過程が観察可能であった症例である．

　A 67-year-old man visited our hospital because of lower abdominal pain, bloody stool and fever. Colonoscopic examination revealed characteristic features of pseudomembranous colitis. On day 5 of administration of vancomycin, pseudomembranous lesions were reduced, and on day 7, aphthoid erosions were present instead of pseudomembranous lesions. This case disclosed the healing process of pseudomembranous colitis.
