消化管の比較診断学―腫瘍性病変

Comparative Diagnosis of the Alimentary Tract, Neoplastic Lesions

要旨　消化管のX線診断には，臓器の特殊性を考慮しながらも各臓器間の壁をはずして，比較検討することが大切である．その中から共通性を見いだして，それを消化管における診断の大系化，統一化に結びつけることが重要である．そこでまず，消化管での臓器の境界部について，その特殊性を述べた．次に臓器の境界部の近傍に生じた，多発潰瘍による変形の共通性について，“比較診断学”の立場から述べた．また，比較診断学の概念を腫瘍に適用し，消化管における比較腫瘍学の視点から，上皮性腫瘍，非上皮性腫瘍，消化管ポリポーシスについて述べた．

　It is important to examine the similarity of the alimentary tract while considering the special characteristics of each organ. It is essential to develop the compendium and generalization of diagnosis of the alimentary tract by studying the similarity. First, we mentioned special characteristics of the boundary areas of organs in the alimentary tract. Then I ref erred common features of the deformity caused by multiple ulcers near the bounday of organs from the viewpoints of the comparative diagnosis. we also applied the concept of comparative diagnosis to the neoplasm, and discussed epithelial tumor, non-epithelial tumor, metastatic tumor and polyposis of the alimentary tract from the viewpoint of the comparative oncology.
