In a Conference Room:
Dr. A (Medical Resident):The patient is a 44-year-old dentist who complains of a chest pain. He always enjoyed good health until about three months ago when he began to notice some pressure-like sensation on his chest. At first, the patient did not pay too much attention to it until the sensation became more frequent and severe. There has been no contributory history in the past, nor any venereal disease. His blood pressure has been always normal. At any rate, his physician friend whom he consulted could not make any definite diagnosis in regard to the pressure sensation in his chest.
