わが国における言語聴覚療法のエビデンス—システマティックレビューによる検討—研究のプロトコル

A systematic review of the evidence for speech and language therapy in Japan：Research protocol

【目的】本研究の目的は，わが国における各種言語聴覚障害に対する言語聴覚療法のエビデンスをまとめ，臨床の充実に寄与することにある．本稿では，各障害領域に共通する研究のプロトコルについて説明する．

【方法】リサーチ疑問を設定し，失語症，記憶障害，言語発達障害，小児聴覚障害，小児構音障害，発達性吃音，Dysarthria，音声障害，摂食嚥下障害に関するわが国の言語聴覚療法の1次研究を網羅的に検索した．次いで適格基準，バイアスリスクの評価項目，結果の統合方法を明確にして定性的システマティックレビューを実施した．

【結果】各種障害領域において文献の検索・採択プロセスおよび採択した研究の情報と特性を示し，各研究におけるバイアスリスク，非直接性，非一貫性を明らかにした．さらに採択した研究の結果を質的に統合し，リサーチ疑問に対する答えを導出した．

　Objective：This paper describes the research protocol of a systematic review which aimed to clarify the evidence for speech-language-hearing therapy for various speech and language disorders in Japan and to contribute to the enhancement of clinical practice.

　Methods：After the research questions had been formulated, a comprehensive search was conducted of primary studies into speech-language-hearing therapy in Japan regarding aphasia, higher brain dysfunction, language developmental disorder, hearing impairment, dysarthria and dysphagia. A qualitative systematic review was then conducted to clarify eligibility criteria, information sources (data base), risk of bias assessment and methods of data synthesis.

　Results：The search and selection processes of the studies as well as the information and characteristics of the included studies were determined, and the risk of bias, non-directness, and inconsistency in each study were identified in each area of speech-language-hearing disorder. The results of the included studies were further integrated qualitatively to derive answers to the research questions.
