抄録

　Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition, Text Revision（DSM-5-TR）になり，神経発達症においても自殺念慮および自殺企図との関連が記載されるようになった。自閉スペクトラム症（ASD），注意欠如多動症（ADHD）をはじめとし，神経発達症における自殺関連行動の危険性は高い。危険性が高くなる関連因子として，情動調節不全（ED）や小児期逆境体験（ACEs），抑うつなどが挙げられる。神経発達症者では，自ら助けを求められないこともしばしばである。日常の診察を通じて，症状特性や危険因子，背景などをきちんと捉え，家族や支援者の関わりをつなげていくことが必要である。
