・若年女性（中学生）に発症したaquagenic wrinkling of the palmsの1例を経験した．

・囊胞性線維症の合併や誘因となる薬剤の服用歴はなかった．

・浸水テストで両手掌ともに白色浸軟化を認めた．

・塩化アルミニウム外用薬を処方したが明らかな改善はなかった．

・保湿剤を処方し，現在経過観察中である．

A case of aquagenic wrinkling of the palms

A healthy 14-years-old woman presented with a four-year history of white lesions on her palms during bathing. As we suspected Aquagenic wrinkling of the palms, a water immersion test of the skin on the pam was carried out. After a short period of contact with 40degrees hot water, white macerations of the skin on the palm was observed. Skin biopsy from macerated palms showed histopathological examination of intracorneal sweat duct blockage and intraepidermal sweat duct expansion. We will add a literature review and make a presentation.
