要旨

　植え込み型除細動器（implantable cardioverter-defibrillator：ICD）を装着したブルガダ症候群患者の腹臥位手術の麻酔管理を経験した。術中ICD機能を停止する必要があり，致死性不整脈への対策と急変時の腹臥位での対応について術前にシミュレーションを行い臨んだ。その結果，大きな問題なく手術は終了した。

　We managed the anesthesia for the prone-position surgery of a 59-year-old female patient who had an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator（ICD）and Brugada syndrome. It was necessary to deactivate the ICD during the surgery, and we thus implemented strategies to prevent fatal arrhythmias while the patient was in the prone-position. The surgery was completed with no major complications.
