健診が契機となって発見された成人の肺動脈スリングの1例

A case of pulmonary artery sling in an adult discovered as a result of a medical examination

肺動脈スリングは先天性の血管奇形で，左肺動脈が右肺動脈から起始し，気管と食道の間を走行する発生異常である。ほとんどの症例で気管もしくは右主気管支狭窄を合併する。気道狭窄により乳児期から呼吸困難が生じるため，早期に発見されることが多いが，まれに成人で発見されることがある。今回我々は，健診が契機となって発見された成人の無症候性肺動脈スリングを経験したので，文献的考察を加え，報告する。

Pulmonary artery sling is a congenital vascular malformation in which the left pulmonary artery originates from the right pulmonary artery and runs between the trachea and esophagus. Most cases are complicated by tracheal or right main bronchial stenosis. It is often discovered early because airway narrowing causes breathing difficulties from infancy, but it is occasionally discovered in adults. Here, we have experienced a pulmonary artery sling in an asymptomatic adult who was discovered through a medical examination, and we will report on this along with a review of the literature.
