消化管重複症は全消化管に発生しうる比較的まれな先天性疾患である。今回，重複小腸の捻転により腸閉塞症状をきたした症例を経験した。重複消化管自体が捻転し症状をきたすことは非常にまれであり，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

An alimentary tract duplication is a rare congenital anomaly that can occur anywhere from the mouth to the anus. We report a rare case of torsion of the alimentary tract duplication. A 17-year-old boy presented with abdominal pain and vomiting. The CT scan showed torsion of the blind end bowel, but it was difficult to distinguish the alimentary tract duplication from the Meckel’s diverticulum. We suggest that the feeding artery and the distance from the ileocecal valve may be useful in diagnosis of these diseases.
