腺様嚢胞癌は頭頸部に好発する唾液腺由来の悪性腫瘍である。まれに頭頸部の骨を中心に発生した報告も存在する^1）2）。今回，側頭骨乳様突起周囲に腫瘤を形成し，硬化性骨浸潤像を呈した1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We report a case of 48-year-old male with adenoid cystic carcinoma arising from the mastoid process of the temporal bone. MRI showed an ill-defined lesion around the left mastoid process with peripheral diffusion restriction behind the parotic gland. Sclerotic change of the bone was also noted on CT. It should be noted that adenoid cystic carcinomas can arise from the bone outside the salivary glands.
