高齢化の進む三重県東紀州地域における遠隔手術に関する多施設アンケート調査

A multicenter questionnaire survey on telesurgery in an aging population in the Higashi-Kishu area of Mie prefecture

◆要旨：【目的】近年，ロボット支援下手術は急速に普及し，遠隔手術も実現準備が進んでいる．本研究では，高齢化の進行した三重県東紀州地域における遠隔手術に関する住民の関心や理解度を把握する．【方法】2023年1〜3月，三重県東紀州地域にある2つの病院において，非医療従事者および医療従事者を対象とし，無記名・任意のアンケート調査を行った．【結果】アンケート回答者は1,236名，遠隔手術の認知度は非医療従事者よりも医療従事者群で有意に高く（62％vs. 75％），年齢層では81〜90歳で有意に低かった（31％）．【結論】遠隔手術の発展には，地域の特性を把握すること，また，住民への適切な周知や丁寧な説明が必要である．

　［Purpose］In recent years, robot-assisted surgery has spread rapidly, and telesurgery is likely to be implemented in the near future. In this study, we sought to understand the level of interest in, and understanding of, telesurgery among residents in the Higashi-Kishu area of Mie prefecture, which is a region with an aging population.［Methods］From January to March 2023, non-medical personnel and medical personnel were surveyed at two hospitals in the Higashi-Kishu area of Mie prefecture using a voluntary and anonymous questionnaire. ［Results］There were 1,236 survey respondents, and awareness of telesurgery was significantly higher in the medical personnel group compared with the non-medical personnel group（62％vs. 75％）, and significantly lower in the 81-90 years age group（31％）. ［Conclusion］The development of telesurgery requires an understanding of local characteristics, as well as appropriate public awareness and careful explanation to residents.
