- Abstract 文献概要
本稿は，末梢血液塗抹標本で変性形態像を臨床検査技師が観察して診断しえた敗血症12例についての報告である．これによって，ある活発な緊急室において，細菌学的に確認する前に微生物を発見することができた．加えて髄膜炎菌，肺炎球菌，大腸菌及びウェルシュ菌を同定しえた4症例の報告をしている．
This paper is a report on twelve cases of septicemia, the diagnosis made possible by medical technologists observing the degenerative morphological findings in the peripheral blood smears*1 This led*2 to the finding of microorganisms, prior to the bacteriological confirmation, in an active*3 emergency department. It also includes four case reports in which the organism was identified : a meningococcus, a pneumonococcus, an Escherichia coli, and a clostridium perfringens (welchii)*4.
