　I．はじめに

　悪性腫瘍患者血清中には，自己免疫疾患とほぼ同じ頻度で大変高率に免疫複合体が検出されることが報告されている^1,2）。腫瘍免疫を構成する成分としては，T-cellが癌細胞をそのレセプターにより認識して破壊すると推定される^10）し，B-cellあるいはK-cellがそのFcレセプターを介して，癌細胞に対する抗体の存在下に癌細胞を破壊するantibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity（ADCC）現象はよく知られている^11）。

　NK-cellはレセプターを介することなく癌細胞を破壊できるリンパ球として報告されている^12）。マクロファージについても同じような作用をもつ可能性が報告されている^13）。

　Serum immune complex in patients with head and neck cancer was quantitated by C₁q and mRF solid phase assay. By this non-specific assay for immune complex, a statistical difference was shown between the control or benign group and the malignant group. As the data was not reflected in the clinical course or the pathological type, 'specific assay' by detecting a specific antigen site of immune complex should be attempted as the next step.
