　Ⅰ．緒言

　麻酔の進歩と共に麻酔管理が厳重になつた最近でもいわゆる術後性脱毛症は時に見られるものであり，患者に不快感を与える点において非常に目に付くものである。

　私達は最近全身麻酔後に脱毛症を来たした数例を経験したのでここにその症例を報告し文献的考察を加えた。

A few cases of alopecea areata developed as a complication following general anesthe- sia. Three cases occurred following anesthesia for tyrnpanoplasty and 2 cases after removal of tumor from the nasopharynx. The cause of this complication was looked for in the individual reaction towards drugs used for premedication and an abnormal local pressure on the scalp during and after operation. In order to avoid this sort of complication chlor- promazin was used for drugs of premedica tion.
