　緒言

　鼻中隔の腫瘍は鼻腔側壁及び副鼻腔に於ける腫瘍の発生に比べると一般に少く，特に鼻中隔に原発性に生ずる上皮性腫瘍は非常に稀なものである。私は鼻中隔乳嘴腫が数年の経過に於て，乳嘴状腺腫となり，更に癌性変化を来した症例の治験を得たので，ここに報告する。

A man, aged, 38, was found to be affected with papilloma of the leftnare attached to the cartilaginous region of the septum anter-iorly and above. Excision of the growth was effected times during years since its discovery. With the first 4 excisions the growth was reported as apapilloma from lab-oratory examinations; the 5 thh. however, was returned as papilomatous cystadenoma which eventually turned to become a cancer. The growth was removed completely with a total removal of the nasal septum; no ad-verse signs are noted on the patient after 1 year since this latter operation.
