　I．諸言

　最近鼻中隔粘膜下有窓手術施行後約1ヵ月にわたり反覆持続する吃逆を生ずるに至つた症例に遭遇したのでここに報告する。

A girl, aged 18, became affected with stut-tering following a nasal operation of submu-cous resection that lasted for a period of 1 mouth until the septum was reoperated : and only then the stuttering was cured. The author states that, because the onset of stuttering may be brought on as a manifes-tation in disturbances of nasal reflex, the bony and cartilagenous structures of the septum should be extensively removed with-out producing the saddle-nose effect.
