小脳橋角腫瘍の症状を呈した脳橋腫瘍の1例

　Ⅰ緒言

　脳橋腫瘍は稀なもので，Cushing^（1）の統計によれば1108例の脳種瘍中脳幹腫瘍として12例が挙げられて居り，この中何例が脳橋腫瘍であるか不明であるが兎も角少数である．我國の文献によるも最近の長沢^（2）の例を加えて13例に過ぎない．それは絶対数に於ても少いのでもあろうが，Buckley^（3）の云う如く手術の適應となることが少い爲に確認される機会を逸するということにもよるであろう．

　私は最近，難聽を以て始まり小脳橋角症状を現わした症例に於て、手術的に腫瘍の一部を摘出し、死後剖檢により小脳橋角に及ぶ脳橋腫瘍（Glioblatom）なることを確めた1例を経驗したので茲にその大要を報告する．

　Kurozumi reports a case of tumor a glioblastoma, which was found at the right cerebellar pontine angle. Symptoms began insiduously, in a girl 11 years of age, with loss of hearing, inability to walk, paralysis of abducens nerve, vagus nerve and facial nerve, and nausea. The tnmor at the time of operation was found partly degenerated but extended from the cerebellar-pontine angle to internal auricular meatus of the same side, and included in its substance the auricular and facial nerves. The tumor is removed. At necropsy, it was shown to be arising from the right half of the pons and microscopical examination revealed a glioblastoma.
