I．はじめに

　CTの普及によって，脳内血腫の診断が容易になって以来，再発による脳内多発血腫の症例報告は少なくないが^8），明らかな原因なく脳内に血腫がほとんど時期を同じくして多発した報告例は極めて少ない^{1,3,5,9-11,13）}．著者らは，発症後3時間以内のCTで，同一半球に2カ所の出血を呈した1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of multiple spontaneous intracerebral hemato-mas is presented.

A 67-year-old man with 7 years history of hyperten-sion had sudden clumsiness in his right hand and an hour later dysarthria appeared. A CT scan taken 3 hours after the onset revealed two well demarcated high density areas in the left putamen and in the pariet-al subcortex. A diagnosis of multiple intracerebral hematomas was made. On neurological examination he was mildly stuporous (13 points of Glasgow Coma Scale). Dysarthria, right hemiparesis and right exten-sor plantar response were seen.
