I．はじめに

　大部分の脳動脈瘤は，Willis輪の一部を形成する内頸動脈と前交通動脈，および中大脳動脈本幹に認められ，それより末梢枝に出現することは少ない．そのうち，前大脳動脈末梢部では，pericallosal arteryの分枝部に認められている^4）．

　著者らは，今回，くも膜下出血で発症し，前大脳動脈の一分枝である前頭眼窩動脈に，破裂脳動脈瘤が認められ，かつ，その末梢枝が眼動脈の分枝のひとつである前篩骨動脈と吻合を有した症例を経験したので報告する．

The authors present a case with a ruptured saccular aneurysm of the left fronto-orbital artery and the coexisting anastomosis with the left anterior ethmoidal artery, accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracerebral hematoma in the left frontal lobe. A41-year-old male, whose past history had been uneventful, was admitted complaining severe headache and vomiting, followed by confusion. CT exami-nations revealed subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracerebral hematoma in the left frontal lobe. Left carotid angiograms disclosed a saccular aneurysm described above.
