I．はじめに

　慢性にあるいは非常にゆっくり臨床症状が経過する脳内出血は，非常に稀である．脳内血腫が厚い被膜でおおわれ，さらにそれが多房性の症例は文献的検索でも見いだしえない．

　multilocular encapsulated intracerebral hematomaの稀な1例を報告し，その成因に関して考察を加える．

Encapsulated intracerebral hematoma is so rarelyseen that only two cases have been reported, by Hirshet al.

Recently, we experienced a case of multilocular en-capsulated intracerebral hematoma containing 9 to 10capsules of different sizes.

The capsules of the hematoma were easily dissectedfrom the surrounding brain tissues and found to begrayish white in color, tough in hardness and 1 to 3mmin thickness. The capsular contents ranged fromvery old to relatively new, which contents were hardon soft solid hematomas, liquid hematomas or xan-thochromic fluid.
