I．はじめに

　神経芽細胞腫は，広範囲に全身転移を起こしやすい腫瘍として広く知られているが，頭蓋骨および頭蓋内転移を来たし，多彩な神経症状を呈することも稀ではない．しかしながら，そのCT所見に関しては，これまで充分な検討がなされていない．

　最近われわれは，1例のesthesioneuroblastomaを含む3例の神経芽細胞腫の頭蓋骨および頭蓋内転移を経験し，特にそのCT所見につき興味ある知見を得たので，その臨床所見とともに報告する．

Three cases of neuroblastoma with intracranial metas-tases were reported.

The first case was a 13-year-old girl with sacral neuro-blastoma who had metastases to the left parietal boneand dura, and had bilateral intraorbital metastases.

The second case was a 13-year-old girl with medias-tinal neuroblastoma who had metastases to the dura atthe left middle fossa, and had bilateral intraorbital meta-stases. The third case was a 49-year-old woman with es-thesioneuroblastoma which had invaded to the dura at theright middle fossa and the right orbit.
