A Case of Intraspinal Enterogenous Cyst

Ⅰ．はじめに

　脊椎管内にあって，内面が腸管系あるいは呼吸器系上皮細胞によって覆われた嚢腫は，1928年Kubie and Fulton^17）が脊髄のteratomatous cystとして2症例を報告して以来，enterogenous cyst^{4,15,18,29,30）}，ependymal,cyst^12,21），teratoid or teratomatous cyst^26,27,31）さらにneurenteric cyst^{10,19,23,33）}などの名称で報告されている．この嚢腫の報告例は，今回著者らが調べた範囲では現在まで72例で，本邦での報告例は未だきわめて少ない^{5,14,15,23,24,31）}．最近著者らは，．下位頸髄—上位胸髄部に発生したenterogeneous cystで，手術により箸明な症状の改善を得た症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A rare case of intraspinal enterogenous cyst situated on the ventral surface of the high thoracic cord (Th 1-Th 2) in a 21-year-old female was reported. Eight years prior to gait disturbance following back pain lasting for about one week. Thereafter the symptoms recurred intermittently several times. Spastic paraparesis, hypesthesia dominant in the periphery, muscle atrophy of the left leg and back pain were noted when the patient was admitted on January, 5, 1976 after an asymptomatic period of eight years.

Plain X ray film of the spine indicated mild scoliosis at the mid-thoracic level without other anomalies.
