Intraspinal Enterogenous Cystについて—治験例と文献的考察

INTRASPINAL ENTEROGENOUS CYST:A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

はじめに

　Enterogenousまたはneuroenteric cystとよばれるものは，胎生3週頃に外胚葉と内胚葉との間につながりができ，これが残存することにより嚢腫が形成される奇形の1種で，消化管と中枢神経系との間にさまざまな奇形を伴なうことがある。

　脊椎管内にあって脊髄圧迫症状を示す嚢腫は稀であるが，その中に内壁が消化管上皮に似た上皮で覆われ，enterogenous cystと考えるべき症例がある。欧米での文献ではかなりの数の報告に接するが，わが国ではin—traspinal enterogenous cystとして発表されたものはわずかに秦^38）の症例をみるのみである。

An enterogenous cyst lying ventral to the spinal cord in the upper cervical region was reported in a boy aged 8 years. The patient showed a rapidly progressive quadriplegia which was completely re-lieved by subtotal removal of the cyst.

Histologically the cyst wall was composed by a single layer of the columnar epithelium and con-nective tissue.

No additional malformation was seen.

Comparative 55 cases from the literature were reviewed and its pathogenesis was discussed.
