半導体Transducerを用いたUrethral Pressure Profile測定法の改良

A MODIFIED SEMICONDUCTOR TRANSDUCER URETHRAL PRESSURE PROFILOMETRY

緒言

　尿道内圧測定は尿道括約筋の器質的，機能的異常の原因的追究およびその対策を考慮する上で重要な意味を持つため，Bors　（1948）^1），Lapides（1960）^2），Davis（1961）^3）らは注水法により，Simons（1936）^4），Youssef（1956）^5），Enhorung（1961）^6），Tanagho（1966）^7）らはballoonを用いて，またKarlsson（1952）^8），Shelley and Warrell（1965）^9）らはcatheter strain-gaugeを用いて測定を試みている。

　Urethral prssure profile（UPP）については先端開孔catheterを用いたBrown and Wickham（1969）^10），transducerをX,Y recorderに直結して用いたHarrison（1970）^11），gas圧を用いたBradley（1976）^12）らの方法などが報告されている。

A new intraurethral pressure recording system, consisted of a catheter sensor which mounted semi-conductor micro-transducer sized 2 mm x 8 mm on the tip side hole of 7 F teflon catheter was experimen-tally produced. This was connected with simple, small direct current amplifier and recorder.

The sensor was designed to improve strength and reliability on the measurements of urethral pressure profiles under various conditions.
