　症例は1歳2か月の男児。3か月前より外陰部の膨隆を認め徐々に増大したため当院を受診した。外陰部の膨隆は包皮内に100mlもの尿が貯留する埋没陰茎に生じた著明なバルーニングと判明した。保存療法を試みたが改善がみられず手術療法を行った。

We reported a case of buried penis wth marked ballooning of the foreskin in a 1-year-old boy. His penile portion was extremely swelled with dribbling urination, showing had marked ballooning of the foreskin and a pinhole opening phimotic ring around with thickened skin. He received steroid cream ointment initially as conservative therapy after dilation of phimotic ring at outpatient. But the shape and dribbling urination was not improved 2 weeks later. Finally he received circumcision and correction of buried penis.
