　静岡県内の非泌尿器科医に対し過活動膀胱（以下，OAB），OAB診療ガイドライン（以下，OAB-GL）の認知度，OAB診療の実際とその問題点についてアンケート調査を行った。71％の医師が頻尿の診療を経験し，そのほとんどで抗コリン剤が使用されていた。OABの定義を理解しているのは45％であったが，OAB-GLを読んだことがあるのは19％にとどまった。OAB診療の実施に関しては，OAB，OAB-GLの認知度が高いほどガイドラインでの推奨項目の実施率が高かったが，残尿測定は2割程度のみで実施されているにすぎなかった。OAB診療での問題点として挙げられたのは残尿測定が最も多かった。OAB，OAB-GLのさらなる浸透による適正なOAB治療の普及，残尿測定の普及が必要と考えられた。

　Questionnaires were sent to 120 non-urologists in Shizuoka prefecture to investigate how they recognize overactive bladder（OAB）and the currently available clinical guideline for OAB, as well as how they treat OAB with relevant problems in clinical settings. Survey results obtained from 96 non-urologists showed that 71％ had treated OAB in the past and most employed were anti-cholinergic agents. The percentages of non-urologists who knew definition of OAB accounted for 45％ but only 19％ had previously read the clinical guideline for OAB. Examinations recommended by OAB guideline were more frequently performed by non-urologists as they properly understood and recognized OAB and OAB guideline. Given the fact that only about 20％ of non-urologists conducted measurement of residual urine, it is conceivable that propagation of the proper treatment methods for OAB following measurement of residual urine is necessary through promoting awareness about OAB and its clinical guidelines.
