　症例は30歳，女性。女性不妊症に対して排卵誘発剤で加療中，月経時に増悪する膀胱炎様症状があり，エコーにて膀胱に腫瘤を認めたため泌尿器科を受診した。婦人科骨盤手術の既往があり。末梢血，血液生化学，尿所見に異常なし。画像所見として左尿管口後内側に月経周期に応じて腫瘍径が変化する膀胱粘膜下腫瘍を認めた。臨床経過，症状より膀胱子宮内膜症と診断し，患者には挙児の希望があったため排卵誘発剤をいったん中止し膀胱部分切除術を施行した。病理組織標本でも膀胱子宮内膜症と診断した。術後4か月目の現在，経過は良好である。膀胱子宮内膜症は，患者の挙児希望の有無が治療法選択の一つの要因となっている。

A case of vesical endometriosis discovered in a female infertility therapy is reported. A 30-year-old woman was admitted with a complaint of menstrual miction pain and pollakisuria. She had been taking ovulation-inducing drug and had a past history of pelvic operation as an infertility therapy. Cystoscopy and ultrasonography revealed the vesical submucosal mass appearing partly dark blue in color. Under the preoperative diagnosis of vesical endometriosis,partial cystectomy was performed and histopathological examination confirmed vesical endometriosis. To remain fertility or not,is one of the important factor of therapeutic strategy for vesical endometriosis.（Rinsho Hinyokika 60：417-419,2006）
