Lymphocytic Infiltration of the Skin（Jessner ＆ Kanof）

I．はじめに

　1953年，Jessner及びKanof^1）はBronx Dermatological Societyの学会にて，lymphocyticinfiltration of the skinの命名のもとに初めて本症を発表した。その時彼等は本症を次の如く述べている。"この疾患は扁平，円板状，多少とも隆起し，色調は桃色から紅褐色で，始め丘疹から出発し遠心性に拡がり，時に中心治癒傾向を示したり，渦巻状配列を示したりすることがある。表面は滑らかであるが時々凹凸不平を示し，毛嚢性角化はない。硬く触れ，皮疹は1個から多数と種々である，数週から数カ月以上続くが瘢痕を残さず消失する。同じ場所或は他の場所に再発する。自覚症状は無く，顔が好発部位である"。これ以後欧米では多数の報告が見られるが，本邦に於ては，西村等^2）が第7回中部連合地方会で本症の1例を報告したのを最初とし，須貝等^3）が第158回大阪地方会でlymphocytic infiltration of theskin or lymphocytic lymphomaの題でスライド供覧し，第27回東日本連合地方会で田中等^4）が，第14回中部連合地方会で青木等^5）が，第28回東日本連合地方会で斎藤等^6）が，第65回日本皮膚科学会総会で上田^7）が，第30回東日本連合地方会で西山等^8）が，信州地方会第56回例会・総会で渡辺^9）が1例ずつの計8例を見るのみである。今回3例の本症と思われる症例を得たので，以下に報告する。

　Although many cases of this disease have been reported in Europe and the United States of America since its first report by Jessner & Kanof in 1953, only 8 cases have been reported in Japan. The author reported 3 cases of this disorder.

　Case 1 : A 39-year-old female found a red induration without subjective sensation on the cheek 2 years ago, which has come and gone repeatedly.

　Case 2 : A 40-year-old female has had brownred infiltrations since last May on the chin, cheek and forehead which have waxed and waned respectively.

　Case 3 : A 47-year-old female has had red infiltrations on the cheeks for more than 20 years, which have also shown inconstant courses.

　Histologic specimens from the cases were of the same picture and showed massive cell infiltrates in the mid- and deep-dermis which were composed mainly of lymphocytes and a few histiocytes.

　Relationships of this condition with chronic discoid lupus erythematosus were discussed.
