　はじめに

　唾液管癌（salivary duct carcinoma：以下，SDCと略）は，1968年にKleinsasserら^1）によって最初に報告された唾液腺癌であり，発生頻度は低いが悪性度は高い^2）。今回われわれは耳下腺に発生し，肺転移も認められたSDCの1例を経験したので報告する。

Salivary duct carcinomas are highly malignant tumors and the histological feature has a resem-blance to ductal carcinomas of the breast. A 71-year-old male who complained of a right subaural mass and right facial nerve palsy. MRI and CT scan showed a tumor in the right parotid gland. An en bloc resection of the parotid gland including the facial nerve and neck dissection was performed. The tumor presented the cribriform and papillary pattern of intraductal growth with comedo necrosis. Salivary duct carcinoma was diagnosed.
