はじめに

　神経内分泌癌の多くは，内分泌臓器，消化器系臓器，乳腺，泌尿生殖器などから発生する稀な腫瘍である。鼻副鼻腔領域からの報告はさらに少なく，その予後は不良である。

　今回われわれは，上顎洞に発症した神経内分泌癌に対して化学放射線療法（concurrent chemoradiotherapy：CCRT）を施行した症例を経験したので，文献的考察を踏まえて報告する。

　Sinonasal neuroendocrine carcinoma of the head and neck is rare and is usually associated with poor prognosis. Herein, we report a case of neuroendocrine carcinoma. A 75-year-old woman presented to the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department with a 2-month history of pain in the cheek. Computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses revealed a soft tissue mass occupying the maxillary sinus. Biopsy of the lesion was performed. Histological analysis showed a variety of cells that stained positive for cytokeratin（AE1/3）and synaptophysin. The condition was diagnosed as neuroendocrine carcinoma. The patient received chemoradiotherapy. She was followed up for 5 years, and no recurrence or distant metastasis was reported.
