Abstract 文献概要

（B6-1-14）　IgA腎症として加療中に，上気道感染を契機に抗好中球細胞質抗体関連腎炎（ANCA関連腎炎）を併発し，腎障害が進行する経過で両眼視神経乳頭浮腫が観察された1例を報告した。眼所見はステロイドと免疫抑制剤を中心としたカクテル療法開始後，腎機能・尿所見の改善と時期を同じくして徐々に改善した。以上より，ANCA関連血管炎が視神経乳頭表層毛細血管レベルに生じていた可能性が推定された。

A 11-year-old girl had been under treatment for IgA nephropathy. She developed anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) -associated glomerulonephritis following upper respiratory infection. She manifested bilateral papil-loedema with intact visual acuity when seen 7 weeks later. She was treated by systemic corticosteroid and immunosup-pressive agents. The fundus findings improved along with improvement in renal function and urinary findings. It appeared that ANCA-associated vasculitis involved the superficial capillaries of the optic nerve head.
