大熊篤二考案「新色覚異常検査表（検出表・程度表）」（国際版1979年試作）の使用経験

Clinical usefulness of New Okuma Plates for color deficiency

　大熊篤二考案「新色覚異常検査表（検出表・程度表）」を用いて，先天性色覚異常者117例に色覚検査を行い，同時に行ったNagel Anomaloscope I型，大熊表，TMC表，Panel D−15の検査成績と比較検討した。

（1）本表の検出効率は100％であった。

（2）分類不能例が多かったが，第1異常，第2異常が逆に判定される例はみられなかった。

（3）第1異常，第2異常共に強度判定例が少なく，軽く判定される傾向がみられたが，弱度判定に関しては良い成績が得られた。

（4）本表は他表に比べ，いくつかの優れた点を有するが，単独の使用で程度判定を断定することは避けた方がよい。

We tested the clinical usefulness of the New Okuma Plates for color deficiency in 117 con-genital color-defective subjects including 30 pro-tanopes and 87 deuteranopes. The New Okuma Plates consist of 14 test charts : eight charts for detection of color deficiency and six charts for the determination of the type and severity. All the 117 subjects were also tested by anomaloscope (Nagel type 1), Ishihara plates, Okuma plates, TMC plates and Panel D-15 test.

The detection rate of the New Okuma Plates was 100%, as all the 117 subjects were judged as color deficient.
