Abstract 文献概要

　Behçet氏病は従来主徴候と見徹された眼症状，皮膚発疹，関節痛，アフタ等の外に神経症状の合併が記載せられ，CavaraはNeuro-Behçetの名を冠して報告している。著者も又当教室に於て観察した20例のBehçet氏病の中，本症に属すべきと思われる5例を経験したので，同様の観点からその本態を考察し，特徴を報告する。

　Cavaraの紹介した神経症状の病理像は炎症性変化と栓塞性変化で，臨床像は脳膜炎，脳炎，脊髄炎，中枢神経系栓塞症，多発硬化症等であつた。

In 5 cases of neuro-Behçets syndrome, the onset, the course and the relation to other symptoms of Behçet's disease are discussed, It is concluded that the complicated neural symptom is one of Behçets syndrome. And the onset order of symptoms (skin, mucous memorane, eye and the nervous system), the course and the prognosis of the neural symptom, and the onset age and sexuality of neuro-Behçet's syndrome etc. are discussed.
